We are pleased to announce that the annual “Shichi-Go-San ceremony & Family commemorative photography session” at EKŌ-Haus in Düsseldorf will, from this year onward, be organized by us.
We are truly delighted to celebrate the healthy growth of your children together with you through this precious opportunity to experience a traditional Japanese custom while living overseas.
On the day of the event, we will also assist with kimono dressing and memorial photography.
We sincerely look forward to seeing the smiles of many children.
Please note that participation in the photography session and prayer ceremony wearing a blazer is also welcome.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to welcoming you all.

Price List

Three-Part Package
As this event will be held for one day only this year, we kindly ask that applications include the full set of:
kimono dressing (Kitsuke), Family commemorative photography session and the memorial Buddhist ceremony.

Hair Styling at Home
As the venue is expected to be busy on the day, we would appreciate it if you could arrive with your child’s hair already styled so that dressing can proceed smoothly after check-in. Even a simple updo can look very charming on children, and we will provide handmade tsumami-zaiku kanzashi (traditional Japanese hair ornaments) free of charge on the day.

A Special Ceremony Experience at EKŌ-ji Temple
Together with a monk from EKŌ-ji Temple, we will offer prayers to the Buddha in celebration of your child’s growth and well-being. This will surely become a precious experience for your whole family (approx. 20–30 minutes).
Accordingly, when attending the Shichi-Go-San memorial service held at EKŌ-ji Temple, we would appreciate it if you could offer a separate donation (ofuse) at the main hall.

Registration deadline: Saturday, August 15, 2026.
